FREE for all new members! Wellness Orientations include a body composition discussion and a brief review of your health history. Based on that information and your goals, our trained wellness coaches then determine which programs, services, or classes are the best fit for you.

Wellness Orientations are great for members new to health & wellness, who need a re-introduction to fitness, or who are looking for guidance on their current fitness routine. Wellness coaches also provide wellness center tours and introduce you to basic cardio and strength training equipment.

Please view these questions before you come to your orientation. In order to keep our members safe, a “YES” answer to any of these questions will require a doctor's clearance before continuing with the appointment.

  1. Has your doctor ever said that you have a heart condition and that you should only perform physical activity recommended by a doctor?
  2. Do you feel pain in your chest when you perform physical activity?
  3. In the past month, have you had chest pain when you were not performing any physical activity?
  4. Do you lose your balance because of dizziness or do you ever lose consciousness?
  5. Have you had a bone, joint problem, or injury within the past 3 years that could be made worse by a change in your physical activity?
  6. Is your doctor currently prescribing any medication for your blood pressure or for a heart condition?
  7. Do you know of any other reason why you should not engage in physical activity?
