Small group training combines the best training tools from a certified personal trainer with exciting 45-minute progressive workouts to help you improve cardio, strength, power and endurance for all ability levels. This approach will help you reach your fitness goals with the benefits of a personal trainer and camaraderie and support of a small group.
This program teaches children, ages 10-13, the proper use of fitness equipment and the walking track. This is required before use of the fitness center.
The YMCA offers a variety of virtual workouts through Fitness On Deman and Les Mills On Demand. Virtual classes can be accessed in Studio A. Enjoy your workout on your schedule!
This free program is designed for individuals new to health & wellness, need a re-introduction to fitness, or who are looking for guidance with their current fitness routine. Trained wellness coaches will tour members around the wellness center, and introduce them to basic cardio and strength training equipment.
