Get Active, Feel Energized

You can recognize an EnhanceFitness class by the relaxed atmosphere and the laughter in the room. A full hour of fun, EnhanceFitness focuses on dynamic cardiovascular exercise, strength training, balance, and flexibility — everything older adults need to maintain health and function as they age.

This new class at the YMCA is for participants 65 years and older that would like to improve on basic movements for daily living. Examples include reaching overhead, squatting, balance and mobility.

Pickleball is a fun sport that combines elements of tennis, badminton, and table tennis. It's easy for beginners of all ages to learn and can be played singles or doubles.

Join us for this 6-week backpack outdoor hiking class led by military veteran, Allen Uselman. This program will meet once per week, increasing miles and/or weight in your pack each week.

Small group training combines the best training tools from a certified personal trainer with exciting 45-minute progressive workouts to help you improve cardio, strength, power and endurance for all ability levels. This program teaches children, ages 10-13, the proper use of fitness equipment and the walking track. This is required before use of the fitness center.
