Progressive Strength + Cardio
Your trainer will help you find a starting point, then adjust your workouts each week to help you increase performance in both strength and cardio training.
55+ Progressive Strength + Cardio
Similar to the Progressive Strength & Cardio class, this option will adjust the pace to accommodate active older adults.
Core & Tone
Lightweight, total-body strength training with an emphasis on the core muscles.
Power Strength
Strength training with a speed focus, so weight is heavier and reps are lower but is easily adjusted to any fitness level.
Strength Endurance
Strength training with a focus on lower weights with a higher number of reps. This is a great option for any level of fitness.
Back to Basics
Meant for any level of fitness, this class will help you fine-tune your form to prevent injury. Be ready to work, but the focus will be on mechanics and making the mind-body connection for all movements.
Superset Strength + Cardio
This class mixes strength supersets (or two exercises for opposing muscle groups) with bouts of cardio in between.
