Men & Weights

Fitness Training for Alexandria Area Men

November 4 - December 9

Join Men & Weights at the Alexandria Area YMCA for a six-week program designed to boost your confidence and strength. Led by a certified personal trainer, this class helps men master weightlifting in a supportive environment.

  • YMCA Members: $90
  • Non-Members: $110

A Training Program for Alexandria Area Women

November 5 - December 12

Join Core Restoration at the Alexandria YMCA to improve athletic performance, enhance movement health, and alleviate back pain. This women-focused program, led by a certified personal trainer, targets all major core muscles.
