BODYPUMP HEAVY
Get the focus of personal training with the energy of a group class.
Led by certified instructor Teresa DuFresne, this program uses heavy weights and traditional lifts, like squats, cleans, and deadlifts, set to iconic music.
You’ll follow a science-backed structure (three sets of eight reps) with essential recovery time to build real strength safely.

Discover the fundamentals of Vinyasa yoga in a supportive, small-group setting. This foundational program blends mindful movement, strength-building, and technique-focused instruction to help you feel confident on the mat.
This class is led by certified Yoga instructor Micara Link.
In this 4-week small group series, you will:
