Small group training combines the best training tools from a certified personal trainer with exciting 45-minute progressive workouts to help you improve cardio, strength, power, and endurance for all ability levels. This approach will help you reach your fitness goals with the benefits of a personal trainer and the camaraderie and support of a small group.

Once you sign up for a 6-week small group training session, your spot is saved! You never have to worry about being turned away from a class!
