A whole body approach to managing the female body and mind
This is not just another pelvic floor class! This seminar will cover women’s health from a whole body perspective; including breathing, stress/anxiety regulation, nutrition, movement patterns and asymmetry, sleep, and of course the pelvic floor. You will leave with increased knowledge and some practical tips to implement into your daily life. There will be time at the end to practice some techniques and for Q & A time. This seminar is for women of all ages!
