POP UP STEP CLASS AT THE ALEXANDRIA AREA YMCA
Get ready to step, sweat, and shine! Join instructor Lyssa Lovejoy at the Alexandria Area YMCA for a special one-time-only Step Class. This workout combines the classic step aerobics you love with upbeat music to get your heart pumping and your weekend started right.
Whether you used to take step classes years ago or you’ve never even seen a "step" before, this class is for you. We use an adjustable platform to guide you through a series of fun, rhythmic moves that work your entire body.
