Small group training combines the best training tools from a certified personal trainer with exciting, progressive workouts to help you improve cardio, strength, power, and endurance for all ability levels. This approach will help you reach your fitness goals with the benefits of a personal trainer and the camaraderie and support of a small group.

Join our TRX-certified instructor for this 6-week small group training class to improve your total body strength, endurance and flexibility. The TRX Suspension Trainer is the original, best-in-class workout system that leverages gravity and your body weight to perform hundreds of exercises.

 

You're in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise - because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance.
