Are you constantly pouring from an empty cup? When you're juggling a career, managing a household, and trying to keep up with life's endless demands, it’s easy to feel drained and that there’s no time left for you.
We see you, and we’ve created a morning dedicated entirely to refilling your cup.
Join us for a Mini Yoga Retreat right here at the Alexandria Area YMCA. This is your chance to press pause on the demands of daily life and rediscover your inner peace—no long-distance travel or hefty price tag required.
