We believe that sports, fun and exploring new interests aren't just for kids! You'll find a range of adult recreational activities and sports at the Y. The majority of our adult recreation programs are included with a Y membership. Click on the program season you are interested in to see the great programs we offer.
Summer
Disc Golf
Disc golf, Frisbee golf, Frolfing…whatever you call it, it's just plain fun. Come out to the Disc Golf Course and enjoy friendly competition and the great outdoors. The course is open to the community. Discs can be checked out at the Welcome Center Desk.
Bocce Ball
Throw the jack and try to roll the ball next to it. The rules are pretty simple, but it makes for a challenging game. Bring your friends to the Y on work on your skill! Bocce Ball sets can be checked out at the Welcome Center
Fall
Women's Basketball
One night a week, we open the YMCA court to women interested in playing full-court competitive basketball! Come alone or with friends.
Men's Basketball
One night a week, we open the YMCA court to men interested in playing full-court competitive basketball! Come alone or with friends.
Adult Co-Ed Soccer
One night a week, we open the YMCA court to both men and women interested in playing full-court indoor soccer! Come alone or with friends.
Adult Co-Ed Pickle Ball
One day or night a week, we set up the YMCA pickle ball courts (3) to adults interested in playing. Come alone or with friends.
